• Gown booking is confirmed once your request has been approved by The Dress Bar and payment has been received.

• Full payment is required before collection of the Gown.

• Mindfully avoid getting any stains on the Gown.

• If any damage occurs to the hired dress during customers hire period, there will be additional fees made to the booking.

• No alterations or additions can be made to the Gown.

• A Bond may be required on selected Gowns.

• Late returns may incur a late fee of $10 a day, unless otherwise advised.

• Gowns must be returned in the provided packaging.

• A $45 dry cleaning fee of will be added to the booking fee at checkout.

• By completing your Booking you acknowledge you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 14days before your hire start date will result in a full refund.

• 7-13 days before your hire start date 50% refund.

• Less than 5 days before no refund.
